A Unique Place to Stay

We offer holiday accommodation in our enchanting Grade II Listed Gatehouses. Guests are able to access our beautiful and tranquil gardens throughout their stay and visit the Castle when it is open. Both gatehouses are dog friendly (conditions apply).

Pembrokeshire Coast National Park 

Picton Castle & Gardens is situated in the heart of Pembrokeshire, close to the spectacular rugged coastlines of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park – home to sweeping sandy beaches and towering cliffs.  

The popular seaside towns of Tenby, Saundersfoot, and the smallest city in the UK, St Davids, are all a short drive from Picton, giving you easy access to the entire county for you to explore.  


The East Gatehouse

One double bedroom (king-size bed) with space for a cot if required.

The accommodation comprises:

    • Kitchen with electric oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge (with freezer box) dining table and chairs.

    • Sitting Room with wood burning stove, 2 seater sofa, armchair, TV /DVD player.

    • Bedroom : King-size bed with space for a cot.

    • Bathroom: Bath with over head shower, wash basin, toilet

    • Exterior: A pretty garden with outdoor table, 4 chairs and parking for up to two cars.


The West Gatehouse

The West Gatehouse sleeps 4 with two bedrooms with space for a cot if required.

  • Kitchen with electric oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge (with freezer box) dining table and 4 chairs.
  • Sitting room with 3 seater sofa, armchair and TV /DVD player
    • Bedroom 1: King-size bed. Cot provided, if required.
      • Bedroom 2:  2 single beds
        • Bathroom: Bath with over head shower, wash basin, toilet
          • Exterior: A small paved terrace with outdoor table, 4 chairs and parking for up to two cars.

            Visitors staying at the gatehouses enjoy free access to our stunning gardens throughout the period of their stay and access to Picton Castle's state rooms during opening hours.
